We are building a multi-brand business, covering staffing and recruitment in the UK. We have established offices in London, Surrey and Birmingham in the UK, Ahmedabad in India, and Cape Town in South Africa. As our group is growing, as is our requirement for administrative support. The key to this role is to be comfortable delivering consistently high quality, detailed operational processes.
We are looking for someone who has experience of following business process, a strong administrator, with an excellent attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work across multiple departments, running administrative processes. The majority of the processes are related to inputting and managing data. As such, an understanding of how to manage and input data in Microsoft excel and google sheets is helpful.
We are looking to scale our businesses both organically and through acquisition and the team is ambitious and driven. We are a small but growing team (around 35 FTE globally, 20 in Cape Town) and the ideal applicant for this job is someone who wants to make a difference to a growing business.
Our finance and administrative team working across all the brands, so naturally, experience of being a good administrator is important, but equally a get-your-hands-dirty attitude, a desire to build and dynamism of approach are crucial.
Skills and experience required:

You should have some work experience in an administrative function
Proven track record of working on detailed administrative processes
University graduate
Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Comfortable taking fast decisions and excited by taking a guerrilla approach to growing the business
