As our group is growing, as is our requirement for finance support. The key to this role is to have experience of, and be comfortable delivering, managing, and running the processes around en-masse recruitment payroll.
We are looking for someone who has experience of managing and following financial processes, a strong administrator, with an excellent attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a desire to follow process, deliver error free financial administration and be able to deliver quality data management processes and payroll/staff payments at volume.
We are looking to scale our businesses both organically and through acquisition and the team is ambitious and driven. We are a small but growing team (around 35 FTE globally, 20 in Cape Town) and the ideal applicant for this job is someone who wants to make a difference to a growing business.
Our finance and administrative team working across all the brands, so naturally, experience of being a good administrator is important, but equally a get-your-hands-dirty attitude, a desire to build and dynamism of approach are crucial.
Skills and experience required:
- We are a diverse, dynamic, and global team and looking for people with a great attitude above anything else.
- You should have experience working on payroll, ideally in a recruitment agency
- Proven track record of managing detailed administrative processes
- Appropriate financial qualification
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills

- Comfortable taking fast decisions and excited by taking a guerrilla approach to growing the business
