We are building a multi-brand business, covering staffing and recruitment in the UK. We have established offices in London and Birmingham in the UK, Ahmedabad in India, and Cape Town in South Africa.
ThinkLocum focus on placing doctors in roles across the UK. We are on the NHS framework and alongside the NHS, we place doctors in surgeries, urgent care centres and in digital health environments. The team is small but growing, and, to take the business to the next level, we are looking to build a team of hungry, driven recruitment consultants.
We are in the process of regionalising our approach, and as such, the successful candidate will be taking on a warm desk and will have the support of 2 Resourcers and the MD who will be continuing to generate new business in all regions.
The responsibilities of this role are clear. Find work, find people suitable for that work, and place them in that work.
This is a predominantly sales based role, and the successful candidate will be driven by delivering revenue, but is also imperative that the successful candidate is a great representative of our brand and therefore has a focus on delivering great customer service.
We are looking to scale our businesses both organically and through acquisition and the team is ambitious and driven. We are a small but highly skilled and growing global team (around 35 FTE globally, 20 in Cape Town) and the ideal applicant for this job is someone who wants to make a difference in a high growth, high performing environment.
Clearly, the candidate will need to be an ambitious recruitment consultant, however a get-your-hands-dirty attitude, a desire to build and dynamism of approach are crucial.
